Diversity

        Collaborate with the University and the
         Chicago community on issues dealing with
         transition and retention of minority students.

        Provide students and staff with learning
         opportunities the help combat discriminatory
         beliefs and behaviors which results in greater
         understanding of diversity and to value each
         person's contributions to our learning
         environment.

        Create career opportunities for 
         undergraduate and graduate internships
         within Student Affairs and the University.

        Provide experiences for minority students to
         become leaders.
