A spiritual tradition open to those who wish to practice meditation without a religious commitment. Weekly sittings takes place on both the Loop and Lincoln Park campuses.

DePaul University Student Center Belden between Kenmore & Sheffield, Room 101 Tuesdays 7-9pm Wednesdays 7-8:30am Saturdays 8-11:45am Directions: Via CTA: Take the Red Line and get off at Fullerton. Walk southwest to Belden and Kenmore  Via Expressway: Take Lake Shore Drive, exit on Fullerton and go west. Make a left on Kenmore - second street after the el. I-90/94. Exit on Fullerton and go east. Make a right on Kenmore - right after the quad and library.	DePaul University Lewis Center Chapel Wabash & Jackson, 1st Floor Thursdays 1-2pm Directions: Southwest corner, Jackson and Wabash. Enter from Wabash; it's the first door to your right.	Guests are welcome, but must apply at least two weeks in advance. Fridays 2-5pm
