Activist Student Union: The purpose of this organization is to advocate for activist students at DePaul University.

Act Out: A radical student queer and allied collective that focuses its purpose in two foundations, 1. uniting students through activism, service work and service opportunities within the queer community. 2. uniting queer and allied students who are aligned in radical, progressive politics and social action.

American Refugee Committee Club: The goal of ARC Club is to increase awareness and understanding of the issues facing refugees around the world to the student and broader community, as well as develop capabilities in the undergraduate student community to support international humanitarian efforts, first at DePaul and later at other universities.

Amnesty International: Amnesty International undertakes research and action focused on preventing and ending grave abuses of the rights to physical and mental integrity, freedom of conscience and expression, and freedom from discrimination, within the context of its work to promote all human rights. Our focus is educating and organizing with DePaul and the Chicago community.

Chicago Needs Education Reform Today (C.N.E.R.T.): Chicago Needs Education Reform Today will advocate justice and sustainable education in America's schools through direct action and mentor relationships between teachers, students, and the DePaul community.

DePaul College Republicans: The purpose of this organization is to inform DePaul students on the issues and beliefs of the Republican Party. We represent an underrepresented group at DePaul and organize events aiming to inform the DePaul community and help others recognize their own beliefs.

DePaul Conservative Alliance: Our mission is to research and study and to inform and educate the public, including but not limited to youth, students, and those in leadership positions, concerning public policy issues pertaining to Conservative Principles.

DePaul University College Democrats: The DePaul Democrats pledges itself to support the political philosophies and candidates of the Democratic Party. The DePaul Democrats is the official DePaul chapter of the College Democrats of America. Furthermore, the DePaul Democrats support efforts to engage DePaul students in the affairs of the Democratic Party.

Federalist Society: The purpose of the DePaul Federalist Society is to foster critical thought and debate about the application of conservative principles to the law. The DePaul Federalist Society embraces the principle that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to the integrity of the Constitution of the United States of America, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is – not what it should be.

Feminist Front: Feminist Front will work to act as a presence for feminist dialogue, education and action on DePaul's campus and within our community.

Platypus: Platypus is a project for the self-criticism, self-education, and, ultimately, the practical reconstitution of a Marxian Left. We hope to re-invigorate a conversation on the Left that has long since fallen into senility or silence, in order to help found anew an emancipatory political practice that is presently absent

Students for the Advancement of Gender Awareness: This organization's main focus is to promote discourse and activism related to non-traditional gender identities and expressions. This includes (but is not limited to) transgender, genderqueer, intersex, significant others of such persons, allies, or any student interested in learning about non-traditional gender identification. We are also committed to embracing queer perspectives, including the acceptance of all sexual and gender identities.

Students Educating for Animal Defense: The mission of SEAD is to actively educate the DePaul University community about issues as they relate to animals in alignment with the university’s Vincentian values and the virtually universal teachings of compassion and kindness. SEAD believes that nonhuman animals are irreplaceable individuals with morally significant interests and hence rights. This includes the right to live free from unnecessary suffering and exploitation.

Student Health Advocates: Student Health Advocates exists to advocate for comprehensive health services on and off DePaul’s campus. We aim to provide students with the health care, education and resources they need to be safe and healthy.

Students for Justice in Palestine: Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) is a diverse group of students, faculty, staff, and community members, organized on democratic principles to promote justice, human rights, liberation, and self-determination for the Palestinian people.

Veteran Advocacy Group (VAG): To promote a sense of community for veterans, military personnel, and the general population who attend DePaul University. By putting to use several skills that all our members possess (leadership, dedication, loyalty) to help veterans that are less fortunate, the sense of community will grow.

VOICES Project: The goal of the VOICES project is to create a forum for students to discuss socially responsibilty and give them the opportunity to become socially active leaders at DePaul. Through dialogues and mentoring, the students will be introduced to new opportunities to get involved at DePaul and engage in socially responsible activities.
